Laser quenching machine
NB1800J laser quenching uses a high-power density laser to heat the surface of a metal workpiece to obtain a high-quality, high-precision hardened layer with a hardness that is 15%-20% higher than conventional quenching. It does not deform after heat treatment and is suitable for high-precision parts processing. It can be used as the final processing step of materials and parts. The five-axis robotic arm is used to flexibly use every angle to more conveniently process processing areas such as deep holes, inner holes, blind holes and groove partial processing. It has high production efficiency, low cost, low noise, low pollution, and pollution-free processing method. The process is controlled by computers and can be incorporated into production lines, making it easy to produce in batches.
